This Cake made by Debjani Mishra owner of Hyderabad's Sweet Truth's is the best example of the creativity, passion and the efforts that a home baker puts in making a cake. Cutting and assembling each piece of the fondant in multiple colors for this mosaic themed cake is a daunting task and Kudos to the efforts of Debjani for doing this. "As an artist, there is a continuous quest to try out new things and this cake is a result of that.
Tried out the bas relief effect in the bottom tier, mosaic effect in the middle tier and a crystal effect on the sphere. Had fun doing this but while cutting out and positioning those innumerable tiny pieces for the mosaic effect, I asked myself, "What the hell were you thinking?"
